MODELING, ANIMATION AND RENDERING: 3D and 2D
Extensive experience in both production and teaching the spectrum of animation tools and techniques. From arhcitectual visualizations to 3D character models built to be rigged and animated, working from a wide variety of refernce materials from blueprints to napkins with rough drawn sketches. Three-D experince started in 1990 using early tools like Electric Image on Macintosh and later Power Animator on SGI workstations. Autodesk's Maya was a primary production tool as soon as it made it's debut. Additional animation experince was devloped for web and 2D animation using Adobe's Flash Professional.

DIGITAL SPECIAL EFFECTS: 3D and 2D
Special effects experince working within a 3D animation environment like Maya or as post production in Adobe After Effects. Effects provide and extensive range of visual enhancements from the subtlety of animated plants swaying in the wind, flowing water in fountains or oceans, crackling fireplaces and atmospheric simulation to enhance the ‘reality’ of the synthetic space.

VIRTUAL PANORAMAS
Construction experince of 3D panorama images to augment 3D environments. Panorama movies where the audience can point the camera any direction they desire.

COMPARATIVE DESIGN EVALUATION
Produced media to compare and evaluate architectual lighting, materials and appointments. Preproduction images provided an opportunity for architects and clients to actually see how the lighting and material selection influence the perception of architectural environments.
